The service of your e-bike needs to be booked in advance (via telephone, email or through a contact form – see Contact information).

The company Topkolo.cz is an authorised service centre of all the brands that it has on offer. Your e-bike will be serviced and repaired using the original spare parts, and the testing of the spares is performed on diagnostic devices according to the recommendations of the manufacturer.

With each e-bike that you purchase at our store, we include a guarantee check, which is recommended to be performed after driving for approximately 200km.

If you are an owner of a classic bicycle and you are interested in converting it to an e-bike, we will propose an assembly kit that suits your requirements and possibilities of the original bike. Assembly kits can be found in the Accessories and Spare Parts section.

•    Do you have an electric bicycle that we do not sell but you are experiencing issues with it? Do not hesitate to bring it over to us. We will examine the e-bike, diagnose the problem and propose a solution. We have connections with a number of suppliers of batteries, control units and other components. We will do everything to make your e-bike to pedal “like clockwork”.

•    Are you struggling with the distance capability and weight of your e-bike with a lead-acid battery? Feel free to bring it to us, and we will incorporate a modern Li-ion or Li-pol battery into it, or we will replace the Pb battery with a new one.

•    Do you have an e-bike without the connector for an easy disconnection of the motor from the control unit in case of wheel removal? We provide the retrofitting of these connectors as well.

•    Does your bike twitch or make you feel uncomfortable while being driven? We will perform a complete diagnosis of electrical components and subsequently carry out the repair.
